EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We are here for you before and after your purchase to provide you enjoyable shopping experience. As an additional measure, Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
CANCELLATION
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing an order. Please call or WhatsApp us on +91 75-999-22-000 or write to us at care@mulmul.com to request the cancellation.
- Cancellation directly through the website is not possible.
EXCHANGE
- We offer exchange for the products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its original labels, tags and invoice.
- Exchange can be done within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- If you have received the damaged product or wrong product please write to us at care@mulmul.com.
- Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size)
- You can also buy other style available on our website- equal to the amount of the exchanged product using your store credit.
- Please do read the product description mentioned on the product page on website before placing an order.
- Actual color of product may slightly vary compared to what you see on your Mobile, Tablet, Laptop or Desktop screen due to photographic lighting sources or your screen resolution.
Steps for requesting an Exchange:
- For requesting an exchange Please write to us at care@mulmul.com within 5 Days of receiving a package. For swift resolution your email should clearly mention Order number, Product name or style no. for which exchange is requested along with the reason.
- We will review the request and respond within 2 working days or 48 working hours.
- Once your request for exchange is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup you.
- After the pickup is done, Exchange will take minimum of 7-10 working days (as we will dispatch the new product after receiving of the returned product & its quality check). Once this process is done, we will dispatch new exchanged product requested by you.
- We do not charge any shipping cost and reverse pickup will be arranged by us in case of exchange.
RETURN & REFUND
All our products undergo Quality checking. In an unlikely event of receiving a damaged product please write to us at care@mulmul.com within 5 days of receiving along with order details and pictures of the product. We offer 100% replacement or money back guarantee.
- We offer 100% customer satisfaction. In case you are not satisfied with received product and want refund. Please email us within 5 Days of delivery (For swift resolution email should clearly mention Order number, Product for which return or refund is requested along with the reason).
- We will review the request and respond within 2 working days or 48 working hours.
- Once acknowledged by the team during next working day, we will generate a reverse pickup with a nominal fee of Rs.200/- towards pickup courier charge (charge of Rs.200/- will be deducted from your refunded amount). OR you can send product back to us by yourself at address below:

The return package should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit.
For added precaution, we request you to take a video from your smartphone as a proof before putting your order in the ‘shipping bag’ including all labels & tags. We request you to share this video to us on +91-75-999-22-000 or mail at care@mulmul.com. Once we receive your order back, we will take a video proof for our records and match it with the one you have sent us. If everything is in place, we will initiate your refund (Amount will get refunded into your account in 7-10 working days)
Note: If you have paid through Debit or Credit card we will initiate your refund amount in original source payment method. In case of COD/ Wallet/other payment methods we will initiate refund in Bank account provided by you.
